Midwest Monster 2025 Show Info
Day 1
Dealer set up 7:00 am EST – 10:30 am EST at the Northeast corner of Best Choice Fieldhouse. You must check in to receive your credentials before unloading and setting up. All unloading for setup will be done through the northeast corner of the building with credentials or the main entrance with credentials. All vehicles need to be moved to the designated show parking areas immediately after unloading. Parking behind the building is for Best Choice Fieldhouse Staff, Police, and workers only.
No parking on the grass or double parking. Credentials must be worn at all times during the show and for admittance. Only the main entrance can be used after 10:30 am. The Police Department will secure all exits and will work the entire show inside and outside the building. There will be golf carts bringing the public back and forth from the parking lots during show hours.
VIP Admittance is $25 per person and can be pre-purchased at Indy Card Exchange, online, or purchased at the door. (Good for both days) VIP admittance starts at 11:00 am EST on Friday.
The show is from 12:00 Noon EST until 8:30 pm EST. General Admission is $10.00 Kids 10 & under free admission.
The Police Department will secure the building overnight.

Day 2
Dealer entrance at 8:00 am EST with Credentials.
VIP Admittance is $25 per person and can be purchased at the door. VIP admittance starts at 9:00 am EST on Saturday.
Show is from 10:00 am EST until 6:00 pm EST. General Admission is $10.00 Kids 10 & under free admission.
Signings to be announced.
All entry and exits will be through the main entrance. All other doors will be secured by the Police Department during the show.
No loading until after the conclusion of the show at 6:00 pm EST.
